Founded in 2016, our parent company started with a clear mission: bring specialty care to the facilities and communities that need it most. We began by providing telehealth specialty services to underserved healthcare organizations — rural hospitals, FQHCs, tribal health programs, and community mental health centers that couldn't recruit or retain specialists.
Over time, we saw that simply providing a clinician wasn't enough. Facilities needed more than a provider — they needed an entire program. Scheduling, credentialing, compliance, clinical oversight, and coverage continuity. So we evolved from providing individual clinicians into building and operating turnkey clinics inside our partner facilities.
Today, ManagedTelehealth operates two service tracks: Plug & Play for facilities that already have telehealth infrastructure and just need a dedicated provider, and Turnkey Managed Clinic for facilities starting from zero that need a complete psychiatric program built and managed for them.
With over 300,000 completed consults since 2018 and providers licensed across all 50 states, we've proven that geography doesn't have to determine access to psychiatric care.
